About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our South Brisbane office.

This is a varied role combining student support, customer service, enrolments and administration. You will speak with prospective students by phone, email and live chat, help them choose suitable courses, answer their questions and guide them through the enrolment process.

This is not a high-pressure sales role. However, you will need to be confident following up enquiries, discussing course options and helping prospective students take the next step when they are ready to enrol.

You will assist with enrolment processing, invoicing, student records and general administration. The ideal candidate will be friendly, confident and organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems accurately, follow processes and work independently once trained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiries by phone, email and live chat

  • Help prospective students choose suitable courses

  • Follow up warm enquiries and guide students through enrolment

  • Prepare invoices and process enrolments

  • Maintain accurate student records and CRM data

  • Provide student support throughout the learning journey

  • Assist with general administration and office tasks

  • As your confidence and experience develop, assist with proactive outreach to prospective students and business clients

  • Enjoys a mix of customer service and administration

  • Can manage their workload once trained

  • Is comfortable discussing course options and encouraging enrolments

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service, administration, enrolments, sales or a similar role

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • Confidence using computer systems and learning new software

  • Professional, positive and reliable approach to work

Employment Details

  • Initially 3 days per week, with the potential to increase to 4 days per week for the right candidate following successful completion of training

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

  • 8:30am – 4:00pm

  • Based in our South Brisbane office
