✨Service Leader – Prince of Peace Outside School Hours Care
Prince of Peace Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provides high-quality care for children from Prep through to Year 6, including before school, after school, pupil-free day and vacation care programs.
Our OSHC programs are designed to extend and enrich children’s wellbeing and development through engaging, varied and exciting experiences. We create a stimulating environment where children are encouraged to play, explore and grow.
We cater to the diverse ages, interests and abilities of every child, offering a wide range of recreational and learning opportunities aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework under the National Quality Framework.

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, hands-on Service Leader who’s ready to bring ideas, positivity and leadership spark to our OSHC program.
💼 The Opportunity
As our Service Leader, you’ll be right at the centre of it all—leading an awesome team, championing children’s wellbeing, and creating programs that children can’t wait to be part of each day.
You’ll build strong connections with families, educators and the school community while running a dynamic, compliant, business‑minded and operations‑minded service that is both sustainable and reflective of our values. 💛 What You’ll Bring to the Role
Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, vibrant OSHC service with a strong operations-minded approach
Design and deliver fun, engaging, age-appropriate programs that spark curiosity and joy
Actively engage with children indoors and outdoors—no standing on the sidelines here!
Inspire, mentor and support a team of dedicated OSHC Educators
Apply a business‑minded lens to service delivery, supporting sustainability, enrolments and resource management
Ensure governance, compliance and quality standards are met with confidence
Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Champion a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone belongs
Complete administrative and documentation tasks with care and accuracy
All programs are delivered in line with My Time, Our Place, the National Quality Framework and our Christian values.
✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
Diploma of School Aged Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent
Proven leadership experience in OSHC or early childhood settings
Strong knowledge of NQS, EYLF and QKLG
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications
Current Child Protection training and National Police Check
Excellent communication and people skills
A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
Champion child safety, continuous improvement, and educator wellbeing
An appreciation of, and enthusiasm for, the Christian ethos of the Lutheran Church
