About the role

With one of our team members relocating to another site, we’re excited to welcome a customer‑focused professional to join us as a Customer Service Officer based in our Bowen Hills office.

Working in our Gateway Support team, your primary focus will be to ensure that all inbound calls are answered, directed and recorded promptly and efficiently. This role also undertakes a number of administrative tasks. We have the goal of providing excellent service to our customers and this role is integral to the achievement of that goal.

To be considered you must have the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a constantly changing environment. With all that, for this to be the perfect job you also need to enjoy talking to a wide range of people and take a lot of pride in your customer service skills. A friendly, professional phone manner is essential.
