Our client is a leading independent provider of ICT field and support services across Australia and New Zealand.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an organised and customer-focused Service Booking Coordinator to join their team based in Eagle Farm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating technicians, managing customer communications, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately manage and maintain service requests within the call logging system, ensuring clear and concise updates are recorded.
  • Schedule and roster field technicians to attend customer sites in line with service level agreements and customer requirements.
  • Monitor technician activity in real time to ensure service calls are completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
  • Answer inbound customer enquiries promptly and professionally while meeting team KPIs.
  • Respond to customer communications received via email and Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, including technician notes and service updates.
  • Coordinate the ordering of parts required for service and project-related requests.
  • Manage service requests from initiation through to completion, escalating issues where necessary to maintain service standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong computer literacy with well-developed Microsoft Office skills.
  • Previous experience using service scheduling, dispatch, or workforce management systems.
  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a specialised team environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required.
Desirable
  • Previous experience within the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Field Services, or Technical Services industry.
