SERVICE ADVISOR

About the role

As a Service Advisor at Pro Motorcycles', you will be the face of our motorcycle service centre, ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. In this full-time role based in Moorooka, Queensland, you will be responsible for managing the entire service process, from booking appointments to communicating with customers and overseeing the technicians' work.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers and managing the service booking process

• Conducting thorough inspections of customers' motorcycles and discussing recommended maintenance and repair work

• Providing accurate cost estimates and timely updates to customers throughout the service process

• Coordinating with the service technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality work

• Maintaining detailed records of all service work and customer interactions

• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services and parts to enhance the customer's riding experience

• Resolving any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive or motorcycle industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities to manage a busy service centre

• Thorough knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and repair procedures

• Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office applications

• A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
