Customer Service - Key Account Coordinator

We have a fantastic administrative opportunity!! This is for someone who wants to learn in a fast-paced Logistics and warehousing environment.

Based out of our Port of Brisbane office!

What your day will look like:

• High level customer communication

• Maintaining the planning schedules and reports for your national clients

• Work closely with internal operation teams to build daily delivery or unpack plans for customers

• Maintain business and customer operational KPIs

• Work within Australian Border Force and Biosecurity regulations

• Exception National Key Account Management

• Ad hoc day to day

This position is full-time only, with the flexibility to start your day between the hours of 6am-8am
