Springbok Foods is a national wholesale distributor and retailer of the largest range of South African groceries and good products in Australia.

We require a Customer Service Manager to join our team based in Oxenford, QLD.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members for the customer service area;
  • Collaborate with other departments and stockists to ensure seamless communication and coordination in identifying and addressing customer needs and expectations;
  • Develop, review and implement service standards, policies and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided;
  • Ensure operational efficiency within the customer service area;
  • Manage, motivate, and provide direction and performance reviews to customer service team members and develop programs for continuous improvement;
  • Plan, administer and review customer and after-sales services to engage the customer, follow up on customer satisfaction and facilitate organic growth.
To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a Diploma or higher qualification and at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.

This is a full time position, an immediate start is available. A competitive remuneration package is available to the successful candidate.
