Our client is a fast-growing, values driven not-for-profit organisation with operations across Australia. The organisation of 800 staff supports some of our societies most disadvantaged young people. We seek a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation into its next phase of growth and impact.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide leadership and strategic direction, ensuring the organisation delivers exceptional therapeutic outcomes whilst maintaining strong financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and organisational culture across its multi-jurisdictional operations.

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership and vision
Operational excellence and program delivery
Maintaining and improving robust governance, compliance, and risk management
Financial management and sustainability
Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture to inspire and align with organisational values
Leading engagement and advocacy with key stakeholders including governments, regulators, and community organisations.
Promoting continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Relevant tertiary qualifications
Experience at CEO or similar level
Experience leading a multi-site organisation
Proven track record building trusted relationships with government agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills, leadership skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, and empathy
