Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity exists for a driven Marketing Executive to join a growing and highly regarded property developer delivering premium multi-residential projects in Brisbane.

Working closely with development, sales and external creative partners, you'll play a key role in bringing projects to market, supporting campaign delivery, stakeholder engagement and customer experience initiatives from concept through to completion.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the marketing team, you will assist in the planning, coordination and execution of project marketing campaigns across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of end-to-end project marketing campaigns aligned with sales and leasing objectives
• Undertake market research, competitor analysis and customer insights to support campaign planning
• Coordinate creative, digital and production partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral across print, digital and experiential channels
• Collaborate with development, sales and leasing teams to identify opportunities and drive project outcomes
• Support the planning and execution of project launches, display suite openings, community activations and stakeholder events
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting with recommendations for optimisation
• Assist with meeting coordination, action tracking and stakeholder communications
• Maintain consistency across all project communications and brand touchpoints

About You

• Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• 3+ years' marketing experience, either client-side or agency
• Exposure to property, real estate, development or related industries will be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Meta and LinkedIn
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating engaging customer experiences and high-quality marketing campaigns
