Curio Financial is a dynamic accounting firm dedicated to helping businesses and individuals achieve financial success. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated and highly organised Junior Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our Director.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in executive support, administration, operations or business management.

About the Role

Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. No two days are the same, and you'll gain exposure to all areas of business operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars, appointments and meeting schedules

  • Monitoring and triaging emails

  • Preparing correspondence, reports and client documentation

  • Assisting with workflow coordination and task management

  • Maintaining client records and document management systems

  • Coordinating meetings, events and team functions

  • Following up outstanding information and action items

  • Assisting with operational projects and process improvements

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proactive and able to take initiative

  • Professional, confident and personable

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal

  • Eager to learn and develop professionally

Desirable Skills
  • Previous administration, reception or personal assistant experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Exposure to Xero or accounting firms (advantageous but not essential)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
