A hardworking and compassionate Disability Services and Support Organisation based in Ipswich is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join their growing team. This opportunity is open to both students completing placement hours and qualified support professionals who are passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and confidently. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide a range of services including community nursing, daily living support, household assistance, community participation, life skills development, and respite care.

Youll work closely with participants to support their goals, promote independence, and ensure a safe and inclusive environment. To be successful in this role, you must have your own car and a valid drivers licence, along with a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check. Additional qualifications such as

First Aid and CPR, and Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services are highly desirable. Most importantly, were looking for individuals who are reliable, flexible, and committed to making a positive impact.
