Male Disability Support Workers

Coral Future Care is seeking male disability support workers - to meet the specific requirement of our participant in Morayfield. Our participant lives in a SIL environment and is supported across 24/7 shifts. Workers must have experience in SIL service provision and capacity to engage in active sport and outdoor activities.

The Role:

Support participants with varying support needs, including:

·         Personal care and daily living assistance

·         Community access and social participation

·         Household tasks and meal preparation

·         Complex clinical supports

·         Day, Evening and Weekend & Active Nights shifts available

·         Supporting independence and participant choice

You will have:

·         Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

·         Certificate III/IV in Disability or relevant healthcare qualification (or working towards)

·         First Aid & CPR certification

·         NDIS Worker Orientation

·         QLD Driver's licence and reliable vehicle & comprehensive insurance

·         Genuine commitment to person-centred care

·         Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends
