We're seeking compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers (casual) to join our team and provide high-quality support services to participants across our community.
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll work directly with NDIS participants to help them achieve their goals, maintain their independence, and participate fully in community life. Every day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support tailored to each participant's individual needs and goals
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
Support community access and social participation activities
Implement behaviour support plans and therapeutic programs as required
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NDIS requirements
Transport participants to appointments and activities (where applicable)
Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure participant safety and wellbeing at all times

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent experience
Equivalent experience is defined as a minimum of 2 years paid disability support work
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check must be completed before starting work
Full Australian driver's licence with clean driving record
Clean driving record is defined as no current licence suspensions
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to assist with manual handling tasks
Physical capability to perform light lifting tasks as part of manual handling support
Must be an Australian citizen
Availabilty to work 25+ hours
Highly Regarded:
Previous experience in disability support or related field
Additional qualifications in health, community services, or allied health
Experience working with specific disability types or complex behaviours
Multicultural awareness and language skills
