Scheduling Coordinator – Join Our Team in Birkdale!
Love keeping things organized and running like clockwork?
We’re looking for an organized multitasker to manage and adjust caregiver rosters daily, ensuring clients get the support they need. You’ll coordinate with caregivers and clients, fill last-minute shifts, and keep everything running smoothly using scheduling software.
This fast-paced role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and working a rotating roster including one night and one weekend per month. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love problem-solving, you’ll be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:
Creating and maintaining fortnightly rosters for our caregivers
Handling last-minute changes and filling shifts as needed
Communicating clearly with caregivers and clients to ensure smooth matches
Using scheduling software to keep everything running efficiently
Working a rotating roster, including 1 night per week and 1 weekend day per month
What we’re looking for:
Experience with rostering or scheduling (healthcare or community services a bonus)
Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
