We’re looking for an organized multitasker to manage and adjust caregiver rosters daily, ensuring clients get the support they need. You’ll coordinate with caregivers and clients, fill last-minute shifts, and keep everything running smoothly using scheduling software.

This fast-paced role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and working a rotating roster including one night and one weekend per month. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love problem-solving, you’ll be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating and maintaining fortnightly rosters for our caregivers

• Handling last-minute changes and filling shifts as needed

• Communicating clearly with caregivers and clients to ensure smooth matches

• Using scheduling software to keep everything running efficiently

• Working a rotating roster, including 1 night per week and 1 weekend day per month

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with rostering or scheduling (healthcare or community services a bonus)

• Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
