Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

Humanised Group have partnered with a reputable global funds investment solution organisation based in Brisbane to lead and head up a new Quality Assurance division.

Role Purpose
The Lead Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of business software through effective testing practices and quality assurance processes. This role will be responsible for building and embedding a scalable quality assurance capability, including defining QA
strategy, establishing processes, and implementing automated testing frameworks.

Working closely with product managers, developers, and key stakeholders, the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer plays a critical role in delivering high-quality releases and supporting the company’s growth through strong quality foundations.

It is imperative that this Lead QA is able to lead on direction, design and framework solutions while looking to the future with the organisation as they build a QA capability moving forward.
