The Role

We are currently seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our growing operations team based in Brendale, QLD.

This is a hands-on role suited to operators with strong crushing, landfill, bulk earthworks and quarrying experience who are looking for stable, ongoing work with consistent hours and overtime opportunities.

You'll be working across a range of machinery supporting daily quarry and site operations in a safety-focused environment.

Your everyday

• Operating a range of machinery including Moxy, Excavators, Rollers, Dozers, Graders, Skid Steers and Watercarts
• Supporting daily quarrying and crushing operations
• Loading, hauling and moving materials safely and efficiently
• Conducting pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance checks
• Working closely with Supervisors and site crews to achieve production targets
• Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality and housekeeping standards
• Contributing to a positive and reliable team culture on site

Who are you?

• Minimum 3 years' experience in heavy earthmoving, crushing and/or quarry operations
• Demonstrated experience operating multiple plant types
• Strong understanding of safe operating procedures
• Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented
• Relevant tickets and licences

What's on offer

• $35 - $47 per hour (depending on experience)
