The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Interior Designer to join our Selections team. This role combines client-facing appointments with technical production responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with previous experience working for a residential volume builder who enjoys both design and technical documentation. In this role, you will:

Complete Selections Appointments with clients, including the creation and amendment of client’s Selection Documentation.
Liaise with Drafting, Estimating, Construction and suppliers to resolve design and construction queries
Detail, create, and issue Post Contract Variations
Complete Production Checks and Construction Clarifications for homes progressing to site.
Co-host Saturday Information Session Tours of the Expressions Studio on a rotating roster.
Maintain Studio, samples, and displays - including inventory stocktake and general cleaning.
Create Investment Colour Scheme and Investment Selection Documentation.
Attend Supplier Functions/Events/Product Information Sessions
Assist in the creation of mood boards and content for social media

The Person

Previous experience working for a volume home builder, residential builder or design studio is highly desirable.
Tertiary qualiﬁcations in Interior Design, or similar discipline
Good understanding of residential construction methods, NCC requirements and buildability considerations.
Basic understanding of Photoshop or similar (experience using 3D rendering programs is highly
desired)
Ability to interpret Working Drawings
Exceptional customer service skills
Outgoing and well presented
Ability to independently manage own workload, while contributing positively to the wider team.
