Current opportunities

1. Disability Support Workers: For experienced support workers confident in delivering personal care and community-based support to people with disability, including those with complex needs.
2. Registered and Enrolled Nurses: Community-based roles providing services such as medication management, wound care, health monitoring and clinical support, with appropriate professional oversight.
3. Domestic Support Staff: For reliable staff who understand the importance of maintaining a safe, clean and well-run home environment that supports client wellbeing, dignity and comfort.

About you

You are someone who takes pride in your work and understands the responsibility that comes with supporting vulnerable people. Your are:

• reliable and consistent calm, mature and professional in your approach.
• able to work with accountability and sound judgement committed to person-centred, respectful care.
• confident working within professional boundaries and safeguarding requirements.

You will ideally bring:

• a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience relevant qualifications, such as Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability), or equivalent
• current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
• a current driver’s licence and insured vehicle ability to obtain and maintain
• required screening clearances, including NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card, Yellow Card

Skills and experience highly regarded:

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or training in:

• personal care and mobility
• support medication assistance and documentation
• PEG feeding catheter and continence care
• wound care
• infection control
• positive behaviour support trauma-informed practice implementing support plans while maintaining client dignity and choice
• understanding NDIS Practice Standards and participant safeguarding requirements
