• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: $32 - $45 per hour

The Role

Support participants in SIL homes and the community to live independently and build confidence.

You’ll assist with:

• Daily living & personal care

• Community access & transport

• Household tasks & meal preparation

• Digital shift notes & incident reporting

You’ll be supporting individuals with complex needs — so resilience, empathy and professionalism are essential.

About You

• Empathetic, reliable and flexible (Must be able to work sleepovers)

• Strong documentation skills

• Cert III preferred (not essential for the right candidate)

Mandatory Requirements

Before commencing, you must hold (or be willing to obtain at your own expense):

• QLD Working with Children Card (No Card/No Start)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (No Card/No Start)

• First Aid & CPR

• Valid Driver’s Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance

• NDIS Worker Orientation & Safe and Enjoyable Meals Modules
