We are currently looking to develop multiple casual opportunities to build a pool of Educators and Inclusion Support workers within Hawthorne and the surrounding suburbs. ✅What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver high-quality, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care and education

• Foster safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments

• Work collaboratively with early learning teams to support every child’s growth, confidence, and wellbeing

• Choose shifts that suit your lifestyle and availability

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Completed qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care (Cert III or Diploma)

• Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

• National Police Check (within the last 12 months)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Solid understanding of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), NQF (National Quality Framework), and principles of child protection and safeguarding

✨ Bonus Certifications (Highly Desirable)

• First Aid & CPR Certification (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

• Minimum 12 months' experience in an early childhood setting

• Child Protection Training

• Safe Sleep Training

• Fire Safety Training

• Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certification

💰 Pay Rates & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rates starting at $37.50 - $43 (Cert III or Diploma Levels)

• 12% Superannuation
