Full Time Educator

Opportunities to join the team at Ascot Early Childhood are rare. We are a boutique, 49 place, Exceeding rated service located in a beautifully restored Queenslander. We pride ourselves on our Reggio inspired approach, our wonderful families, and a dedicated team with high retention.

We are currently seeking a passionate Educator to join us full time. Educators stay at AEC because we look after our people. You will be provided with the time, resources, and support necessary to do your job properly, allowing you to build authentic connections with our children and families.

About You:

• You have a genuine passion for early childhood education and an understanding of Reggio inspired practices.

• You are highly capable of building strong, collaborative relationships with families and colleagues.

• You create engaging, open ended learning environments that spark curiosity.

• You hold a Diploma or Bachelor qualification (or are actively working towards one).

• You hold a current Blue Card, First Aid, and CPR certification.
