About Us

At Get Readii Group, we’re not just filling shifts — we’re building a team that shows up with purpose. We are a Registered NDIS Provider delivering a range of essential supports including:

Daily living and community access
Capacity building
Support coordination
Psychosocial recovery coaching
Short Term Respite (STR)

We specialise in mental health and psychosocial disabilities, so prior experience in mental health is desirable but not essential.

Essential Requirements:

Blue Card / Yellow Card
National Police Check
Queensland Driver’s Licence & Own Vehicle
Cert III or above (Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services)
First Aid & CPR Certificate

Job Types:

Schedule:

Public holidays
Rotating roster
Weekend availability

Requirements:

Certificate III - IV (Preferred)
At least 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities (Preferred)

Essential Certifications:

First Aid and CPR Certification (Required)
Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening (Required)
National Police Certificate (Required)
Driver Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance (Required)

Work Location: On the road, community access across Brisbane.
