About the Role 

Pristine Care Group is looking for a Male Support Worker. You will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and community participation in Surfers Paradise.

Your duties may include: 

Personal care and hygiene support.

Social and community access (shopping, appointments, recreational activities).

Mobility assistance and hoist transfers.

Meal preparation, cleaning, and household tasks.

Safe transportation in your own vehicle (if required).

Encouraging independence and skill development.

Completing clear and accurate progress notes.

Reliable with a positive and proactive attitude. 

Committed to participant safety and goals.

 

Required:

ABN (contractor role)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

National Police Check

First Aid & CPR

Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle 

Desirable:

Experience in disability, aged care or community support.

Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or similar. 

Manual handling & hoist experience.

Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
