Conscious Care Group is expanding, and we're seeking dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a boutique NDIS support provider committed to delivering top-tier care for our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS) participants, all while fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for our staff.
This role is perfect for someone seeking school-hour shifts.
About the RoleWe are currently seeking support workers available for 4-hour shifts, with availability required on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
You will be supporting participants with daily living, community access, emotional support, and capacity-building activities in line with their individual goals and support plans.
Experience supporting participants with mental health conditions such as ASD, BPD, PTSD, DID, Schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression is highly regarded.
