We’re searching for an inspiring Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our Hidden Valley family.

About the Role

As our ECT, you will:

• ✨ Deliver play-based learning that sparks curiosity, joy, and a love of nature

• ✨ Create warm, inclusive environments where every child feels seen and safe

• ✨ Build trusting partnerships with families and mentor fellow educators

• ✨ Celebrate each child’s milestones and unique learning journey

What You’ll Bring

• ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

• ✔ Current Teacher Registration/Blue Card

• ✔ Strong knowledge of QKLG, EYLF & NQS

• ✔ A values-led approach, with a passion for nature, community, and collaborative practice
