The Inclusion Teacher plays a vital role in supporting a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed. Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, families, and external agencies, the Inclusion Teacher supports the diverse academic, social, emotional, and behavioural needs of students across the school.
The role focuses on building teacher capability, supporting differentiated classroom practices, implementing adjustments, and promoting positive engagement and wellbeing for all students. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong relational skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to inclusive education and equitable outcomes for every learner.
