We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to take on an inspections-focused role within our well-managed, thriving portfolio. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants, with a strong focus on inspections, reporting, and day-to-day portfolio maintenance. What You’ll Be Doing:
· Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
· Preparing detailed inspection reports
· Coordinating access with tenants and owners
· Managing portfolio maintenance end-to-end
· Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day tasks
· Assisting with general portfolio administration
· Ensuring compliance requirements are met
· Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Great communication and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
· A proactive and reliable approach to work
· The ability to work both independently and within a team
· Must have a Real Estate Registration Certificate
· A reliable car and a valid driver’s licence
