Our client is seeking 4 experienced Fitters to join their growing team, assembling brand-new mining earthmoving equipment in a modern, clean, and well-organised workshop environment.

What's on Offer

  • Up to $46.25/hr + Penalties
  • Consistent 50-hour work weeks

Duties Include
  • Final mechanical assembly of new heavy mining excavators and dump trucks
  • Installation of components including rails, ladders, steps, guards, and accessories
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and assembly instructions
  • Mechanical fitting, hydraulic installation, and basic electrical/wiring tasks
Licences & Experience
  • Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Fitting & Turning, Diesel Fitting, Light Vehicle Mechanics, or similar
  • Previous experience in equipment assembly or heavy machinery fitting highly regarded
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
