Mechanical Fitter

CrewSELECT is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters / Mechanical Tradespeople to join a workshop-based project in Brendale, QLD. Working on the assembly of skid-mounted gas reclaimers, you will play a key role in the build and mechanical installation of specialised equipment. This is an immediate start opportunity offering strong rates, consistent hours, and the potential for overtime.

• Assemble skid-mounted gas reclaimer systems
• Perform flange management and bolting activities
• Complete torquing of bolts to specification
• Install gaskets and carry out pipe alignment works
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and plans

• Mechanical Fitter or relevant Trade Qualification
• Previous experience with skid assemblies or similar projects
• Flange management experience
• Experience with bolting, torquing, and pipe alignment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• $55/hr + penalties
• Minimum 2-week project
• 4-day working week
• 6:00am starts, 10-hour days
• Potential overtime available
