Supervisors (Civil & FRP Roles)

PD Project Delivery is seeking an experienced Civil Earthworks Supervisor to lead earthworks crews on major civil and resources projects.

About the role
You'll manage the safe, productive delivery of bulk and detailed earthworks — from clearing and bulk cut/fill through to trimming, drainage and pavements.

What you'll be doing
• Supervising earthworks crews, plant and equipment day to day
• Planning labour, plant and materials to meet program
• Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks and on-site safety
• Managing cut/fill, compaction, drainage and pavement activities against design
• Liaising with surveyors on levels, set-out and conformance
• Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
• Reporting progress to Site/Project Engineers

About you
• Proven supervisory experience in civil earthworks
• Strong knowledge of bulk/detailed earthworks, compaction and drainage
• Construction White Card (mandatory)
• Cert IV in Civil Construction (desirable)
• First Aid and any relevant plant or high-risk tickets
• Able to read and interpret civil drawings and ITPs
• Strong leadership and a real commitment to safety and quality
