What You’ll Do
  • Advise clients on complex brownfield oil & gas and industrial engineering projects from concept to delivery
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across EPC project phases including FEED, detailed design, construction, and commissioning to solve technical challenges
  • Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
  • Manage stakeholder interfaces including clients, contractors, and consortium partners to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Drive safety in design, technical assurance, and engineering governance across all project stages
  • Deliver high-quality engineering solutions, including shutdowns, plant expansions, and operational integration activities
  • Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
  • Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance
What You’ll Bring
  • Relevant engineering qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, including Bachelor-level qualifications
  • Proven experience across oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, and metals industries
  • Extensive brownfield project experience including shutdowns, tie-ins, and plant integration
  • Proven leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary engineering teams and EPC delivery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across clients and delivery partners
  • Chartered and registered engineer credentials (e.g., RPEQ, CPEng)
  • A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
