The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Asset Management Planning Team and play a key part in maintaining the integrity and safety of the terminal, while helping shape the mid-term maintenance strategy at DBCT.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and deliver strategic maintenance plans focused on Mechanical and Electrical major works in support of the five-year planning process .
• Manage inputs for five-year planning and budget forecasting
• Collaborate with infrastructure and maintenance teams to ensure safe, high-quality planning aligned to our mid-term strategies.
• Contribute to mid-term (18 months – 3 years) planning and operational success

About You

You’re a highly motivated professional who brings energy, initiative and a collaborative spirit to the team.

You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in planning and work package development
• Ability to prioritise and influence with a range of diverse stakeholders
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on outcomes and innovation
• Experience in heavy industry, resources or continuous processing environments
• Qualifications as a Boilermaker, electrician or fitter are highly desirable.
