We are looking for a senior clinical psychologist who doesn't just offer fantastic therapy, but loves to make everyone around them better. As Clinical Lead, your day will span your own manageable caseload of client sessions alongside a genuine leadership remit: supervising registrars, developing the team, shaping clinical resources and programs, and helping build a practice culture people genuinely want to be part of.

This is a senior role with real influence. You'll work closely with our director, Dr Michelle Darragh, to drive the clinical direction of a practice that's growing fast and thinking creatively about what psychology services can look like.

Candidates must have current Australian work rights at the time of application.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining your own client caseload (~4 sessions/day) across presentations that match your areas of expertise

• Providing regular individual and group supervision to provisional psychologists and clinical registrars, and other team members as required

• Leading professional development across the team, facilitating case discussions, skill-building, and in-house learning

• Developing and sourcing clinical resources: assessment tools, treatment frameworks, psychoeducation materials

• Contributing to service innovation such as group programs, new offerings, creative approaches to care

• Being a consistent, energising presence that holds the team together through a period of exciting growth
