Educators - North Ipswich

Experienced educator role in a supportive OSHC team—bring your skills, contribute daily, and be valued for what you do.

In this role, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children across all programs. You’ll work closely with your team, contributing to the day‑to‑day flow and bringing consistency and reliability.

• Deliver high-quality, play-based programs that reflect children’s interests and support their development
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure strong daily operations
• Contribute to programming, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Assist in maintaining compliance with regulations and service standards
• Bring initiative, reliability, and a positive team‑focused approach

• Demonstrated experience working in OSHC or school‑aged care environments
• Strong understanding of child development and play‑based learning.
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
• Ability to confidently manage groups of children and respond to varying needs.
• A proactive and reliable team member who can contribute positively to team culture.
