About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to step into a Clinical Lead position within a multidisciplinary team based in Central Brisbane.
This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership responsibilities with ongoing clinical practice, supporting clinical excellence, mentoring clinicians and contributing to service development.
Key responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring
• Supporting clinical governance and quality improvement
• Contributing to clinical frameworks and service initiatives
• Managing a reduced clinical caseload
• Building strong stakeholder relationships

What we are looking for

• Occupational Therapy qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Significant clinical experience in complex presentations
• Experience in supervision or clinical leadership
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
