Envigor is a Registered Provider with more than 10 years experience providing Support at Home Care, Veteran’s Community Nursing (DVA) and Disability Support (NDIS).  Envigor provides services across Queensland from the Gold Coast and Darling Downs in the south, to Cairns in the Far North.

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse who will excel in nurturing quality care experiences through clinical expertise, leadership and kindness.

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and solution-focused Clinical Nurse to support the delivery of high-quality, safe clinical care across our community-based services. In this role, you will provide leadership in contemporary community nursing practice, strengthen and support the enhancement and review of clinical processes and systems. You will promote independence and reablement, helping participants remain safe and supported in their homes. You will strengthen clinical care pathways and enhance participants and supporters experience by mentoring team members and guiding the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical assessments and care plans. There are no direct line management responsibilities associated with this role.

Duties
  • Delivering education and mentoring in nursing processes based on current and future holistic care needs from a participant’s rights base and choice perspective, being cognisant of health care reforms

  • Strengthen the provision of and complete Clinical Assessments, Care Plans & Clinical Reviews  

  • Enhance clinical care bundles and pathways

  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members

  • Ensure clinical pathways and clinical quality compliance standards are met

Skills & experience

Are you passionate about community nursing and supporting people to remain at home as they age?

Do you want to work in an environment that allows you to practice autonomously but still have the support of established systems?

Do you have the ability to translate complex clinical workflows into clear, concise, and accurate process documentation? Including identifying key steps, roles, decision points, and risks, and presenting them in formats that are easy for clinical and non‑clinical staff to understand and follow, supporting safe, consistent, and compliant care delivery?

If you answered yes to these questions and have a proactive, can-do attitude, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and hold the following we would love to hear from you!

  • Bachelor of Nursing

  • AHPRA Registration (no restrictions and unlimited work entitlements)

  • 7+ years post graduate experience, preferably in community sector

  • National Disability Worker Screening Clearance - or -

  • National Police Check (within the last 3 years)

  • Vaccinations - Current Influenza Vaccination

  • Current QLD Driver’s licence, and a reliable vehicle

Envigor's systems are fully electronic, as such applicants must be proficient in the use of Information Technology. This is to support developing and maintaining the Electronic Client Health Records and web-based applications.
