Mayfair Dental Care is looking for two new people to join our team in our brand new state-of-the-art facility. We provide comprehensive family, cosmetic, and specialist dental services and are seeking two experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing team

Position 1: Clinical Manager / Senior Dental Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager who is passionate about leadership, clinical excellence, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the dental assistant team.

• Coordinate and support specialist and general dental procedures.

• Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with infection control and practice protocols.

• Support the principal dentist and specialists with complex procedures, including implants and periodontal treatments.

• Manage the back-end operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

• Certificate IV in Dental Assisting .

• Minimum 10 years' experience in the dental industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Extensive knowledge of implant dentistry and periodontal procedures.

• Experience working alongside dental specialists.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stock management and inventory control experience.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to work closely with our Senior Dentist and visiting Specialists.

• Chairside assistance for general, cosmetic, implant, and specialist procedures.

• Preparation and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment.

• Patient care and support throughout treatment.

• Sterilisation and infection control procedures.

• Assist with practice workflow and clinical support duties.

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Dental Assistant.

• Strong knowledge of implant procedures.

• Experience assisting with a variety of dental treatments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong team-player attitude.

• Knowledge and experience using dental practice management software.

• Professional presentation and commitment to patient care.

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting qualification required.
