Occupational Therapist – Hybrid Therapy Role with Heart and Innovation

About the Opportunity

We’re expanding our hybrid therapy team to support clients across:

Aged Care and Disability Support within our MicroTown®
NDIS and DVA funded participants
Private clients seeking allied health and wellness services

You’ll have the freedom to blend onsite and community-based therapy, using creative, individualised interventions that focus on enabling independence, participation, and purpose.

You’ll work alongside our Physiotherapist and Allied Health Assistants, supported by a warm, connected team that truly values relationships, collaboration, and professional growth.

Whether you’re an experienced OT or a new graduate ready to learn, we’ll support you through mentorship, clinical supervision, and specialised dementia and mental-health training.

Your Role Will Include

Delivering hybrid therapy programs — in-home, community, and Wellness Centre settings
Providing functional, cognitive, and environmental assessments across all funding streams (Aged Care, DVA, NDIS, Private)
Prescribing assistive technology and home modifications
Developing pain management, enablement, and engagement programs
Supporting mental health and wellbeing through meaningful activity design
Collaborating with the Senior Clinical Investigation Team on complex behaviour management and multidisciplinary strategy development
