Job DescriptionSalary: $110,000 base + super
Reporting to the AIPC Provost, the Course Coordinator – Counselling is responsible for coordinating the delivery and assessment of counselling programs within AIPC’s higher education portfolio.
This role offers a strong opportunity for an experienced counselling professional to step into an academic leadership pathway, bringing practical industry experience into higher education. Working closely with academic and professional teams, you will support high-quality teaching, student outcomes, and ongoing course improvement while gaining exposure to academic coordination, governance, and curriculum development. You will also have the opportunity to access Associate Fellowship funding to support your professional development.
