We are currently seeking a number of highly motivated Casual Medical Receptionists to join our growing teams at Cordium in Strathpine.

The ideal candidate should be a well-organized worker with a passion for positive patient experiences and be an outgoing and optimistic part of a hardworking team.

The desired candidate will be a professional and friendly representative of our clinic, who will be responsible for maintaining our commitment to timely and quality care, excellent customer service, and providing administrative support to the clinic while working as a team. The role will involve full administrative duties as well as liaison with patients and medical staff.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

Managing telephone and patient enquires, scheduling appointments for patients within the practice, billings, messages, and other general administrative duties;
Maintaining patient files, handling mail, email, faxes, and scanning;
Ensuring the Medical Centre is tidy and presentable; and
Communicating with a diverse range of health professionals.

To be considered for this role applicants must have the following:

Professional and personable telephone manner;
Proficient computer skills;
Demonstrated initiative, time management and flexibility;
Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
High standard of presentation and attention to detail; and the
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
