The Queensland Rehabilitation Specialists provide access to expert medical and allied health care in Rehabilitation Medicine, Paediatric Rehabilitation Medicine, Pain Medicine, Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy​. Our providers are highly specialised in the assessment and management of chronic pain and injury rehabilitation.

Queensland Rehabilitation Specialists are set up to provide minimally invasive procedures in our rooms in Fairfield. We have facilities and equipment onsite to provide guidance where needed for various injections including Cortisone and Botulinum Toxin.

Our healthcare providers work together to provide a comprehensive service in one convenient location.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced administration officer to support our existing administrative team for 32-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Greeting patients

• Managing a high volume of patient enquiries via email and phone

• Scheduling and managing appointments

• Managing patients' billing, receipting and online claiming

• General administrative duties; scanning, maintaining patient records and printing and posting documents

• Assist Clinicians & Management with day-to-day administrative support and operations of the practice

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience in a medical administration role desired

• Knowledge of Medicare, DVA and third-party billing desired

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• High level of organisation and attention to detail

• High level of confidentiality and integrity

• Proficient computer skills, including medical software experience desired

• Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly attitude
