• Provide specialist wound care across residential aged care homes (onsite & virtual)
• Conduct advanced wound assessments and develop evidence-based care plans
• Lead complex wound interventions, including debridement within scope
• Deliver telehealth consultations and real-time coaching to site teams
• Drive education, capability uplift and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate nationally to improve clinical outcomes and resident care  

Make an impact you will feel proud of.

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
• 5+ years’ experience, including 3+ years in specialist wound care
• Demonstrated debridement competency and credentialling
• Strong knowledge of complex wound management and pressure injury prevention
• Experience delivering virtual and in-person clinical care
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching capability
