Cafe Cook – The Eve Café & Bar | Greenbank

The Eve Café & Bar is looking for an experienced Cook to join our growing team.

We're a busy, award-winning café in Greenbank serving quality breakfast, lunch, catering, events, and our popular Friday Burger Nights. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys producing great food.

About the Role

This is a hands-on cooking position working alongside our kitchen team preparing and delivering high-quality café food in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be involved in:

Breakfast and lunch service

Food preparation and stock rotation

Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

Following recipes and plating standards

Assisting with catering and special events

Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house teams

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Cook in a café, restaurant, or similar fast-paced kitchen

Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements

Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
