Are you a gaming specialist who knows how to pair gold-standard service with a high-performing floor? The Camp Hill Hotel is looking for a dedicated Gaming Manager to own our gaming operations and lead a team that prides itself on being the best in the suburb.

At "The Camp Hill," we don’t just monitor a room; we host it. We are looking for a leader who is obsessed with the details, from machine presentation and promotion execution to the proactive service that keeps our regulars coming back. If you’re a compliance-focused leader with a "Mine Host" personality, we want to hear from you.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager
  • Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
  • Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
  • Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
  • Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift
Inherent requirements

This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you
  • You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
  • You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
  • You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
  • You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
  • You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
