This is not your average F&B role. A standout lifestyle hotel in Brisbane's inner city is looking for a sharp, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to own the full operation across multiple outlets including restaurants, bars, and a conferencing concept.

You'll report directly to the General Manager and lead a team behind a unified vision that turns guests into regulars and venues into destinations.

The Role

  • Full ownership of F&B operations, activations, and strategic initiatives

  • Lead from the floor - visible, hands-on, and a genuine force in service

  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate the guest experience across every outlet

  • Manage budgets, staffing, and operational standards with a clear eye on financial performance

  • Set expectations, hold leaders accountable, and drive service excellence

  • Grow revenue through innovation, events, and smart programming

  • Stay ahead of market trends and keep the venues competitive

About You

  • Proven multi-outlet or large venue experience beach club, restaurant group, or premium hotel F&B

  • Commercially astute: you read P&Ls, own budgets, and think strategically

  • Obsessed with guest experience and brand

  • A natural leader and coach who brings out the best in a team

  • Deadline-driven, results-focused, and relentless about standards

  • Flexible across days, nights, weekends, and events with authority to run your own roster

  • Comfortable with reporting systems, financial tools, and Microsoft Office

What's on Offer

A genuine leadership seat at one of Brisbane's most talked-about lifestyle hotels. Creative freedom, a strong culture, and real scope to shape something that matters.
