Kitchen Hand – Grape & Grazing

A kitchen hand at Grape & Grazing supports the smooth running of service by maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and prep across the kitchen. Key responsibilities include washing dishes, pots, and equipment; keeping work areas, floors, and storage spaces clean and sanitised; assisting chefs with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and portioning ingredients; receiving and storing deliveries correctly; managing waste and recycling; and ensuring the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards throughout service. The role is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a busy hospitality team.
