Hospitality Manager

• Location: Roma Street Area, Brisbane
• Mainly Monday to Friday, some nights and weekends required
• High volume, providing 5 star guest experience across all touch points

THE POSITION

• Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement exciting, high street savvy food concepts that attract and retain customers.
• Market and promote the new café and future outlets to ensure commercial success.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Drive growth and profitability through innovative strategies and excellent management.

THE PERSON

• Proven experience in managing (leased) retail spaces, successfully.
• A true high street guru with a deep understanding of modern food trends and retail dynamics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Commercially savvy with a go-getter attitude.
• Experience in developing and marketing food concepts.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of all food safety related requirements.
