What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with experienced consultants and leadership, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process including:

Candidate sourcing and talent attraction
Interviewing and qualifying candidates
Writing job advertisements
LinkedIn Recruiter and database searching
Market mapping and talent pooling
Reference checking and candidate management
Client relationship management
Business development and account growth
Managing recruitment processes from brief through to placement
