Based in Brisbane, this is a confidential opportunity to step into a true business partnering role where your impact will be visible across people, performance and culture.

This role sits at the heart of the organisation, working closely with leaders to deliver practical, commercially aligned HR solutions across the full employee lifecycle. You will be trusted to provide balanced, risk-aware advice while contributing to broader People & Performance initiatives that uplift capability and support sustainable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leaders to deliver People & Performance strategies and initiatives
  • Providing end-to-end support on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and investigations
  • Coaching and developing leaders to build capability and consistency in people management
  • Supporting organisational change, workforce planning and structure alignment
  • Contributing to talent, succession and capability development initiatives
  • Delivering cyclical HR activities including performance, remuneration and engagement programs
  • Playing a hands-on role in recruitment, from role scoping through to interview and selection
  • Using people data and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  
Your profile

You are an experienced HR generalist or Business Partner who brings a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly. Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, you balance commercial insight with strong employee advocacy and sound knowledge of employment legislation.
With a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline and drive to make your mark on this role, you will add value immediately.
