We're looking for a marketing all-rounder who thrives on variety and wants to own the growth of one of our brands.

One day you're cutting a video, the next you're building a landing page, spinning up an automation, sketching an ad concept, or refining social copy, often with Claude, ChatGPT, or whatever tool gets the job done faster and better. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to try next. You see a gap and fill it.

We're a fast-moving in-house marketing team that gets our hands dirty across the full stack, creative, content, web, video, paid ads, CRM, automation and we use AI as a core part of how we work. We're looking for someone wired the same way.

This is a true generalist seat with real control. You'll float across every lane of marketing and own projects end to end rather than handing things off at every step.

What You'll Bring

We're not looking for a specialist in one lane, we're looking for someone with fingers in all of them. You don't need to be the world's best at any one discipline, but you need to be genuinely capable across most of this list and hungry to level up the rest:

  • Graphic design: Ad creative, collateral, social tiles, clean brand consistency

  • Copywriting: Punchy, human, persuasive. The kind of writing that earns the click and holds the read. This is the thread that ties everything else together.

  • Paid and organic strategy: You understand how Meta and Google ads work, and how organic feeds them.

  • Email: You can brief, write and design follow-up sequences that actually convert.

  • Automation: Zapier, Make, or similar no-code tools; bonus if you've touched a CRM

Nice to Have (Not Deal-Breakers)

  • Video: Shooting, editing, cutting for different platforms

  • Social content: Writing, planning, publishing, responding

  • Web: Comfortable in a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or similar), happy to get into some HTML/CSS if needed

  • CRM exposure: HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar

  • AI: Experience building with AI beyond chat, custom GPTs, Claude Projects, AI-powered automations, agentic workflows, or similar

  • Industry experience: Exposure to a regulated or compliance-aware industry

Who You Are

This is the part that matters most. Skills can be taught, wiring can't.

  • A true generalist who loves the breadth.

  • Hungry to be tested, you see a stretch task and lean in.

  • You're accountable, and proud to be held to results.

  • You're creative and a problem-solver, you'd rather build a scrappy v1 than spend a month planning v10.

  • You turn intentions into outcomes.

  • You're a team player who doesn't hide behind a job title. If something needs doing, you're in.
